SOME UPDATES

I got sick last Friday, July 04, 2008. I rested and just stayed inside my room for three (3) days. I had tonsillitis and needed to take antibiotic for 7 days. It was so boring doing nothing. I am used to doing a lot of things during working days. I have to call my assistants from time to time to know what's going in my office...hahahaha(workaholic). We had a small Despedida for Marlon's family last Saturday and my sister Ate Virgie bought a new van for her family and grandchildren. But the BIG news was...Marlon, my nephew, decided NOT TO GO BACK TO CANADA anymore. He cancelled his family's return tickets to Canada and that was 4 days before their scheduled flight. He already enrolled his children to school here in Manila two days ago. I think this will be good for him and for his family as well. I might be going out-of-town this week-end to change my environment. I need some break...Oh...time is running so fast and before we know it...it's CHRISTMAS already. How time flies...and everyone gets older everyday...Until then!!!

TITA MARCELA

I went home to Pinaod with my sisters (Ate Virgie and Malou) and nephew (Marlon) to observe the 40th day after death of Tita Marcela. A mass was offered and a buffet lunch was served to relatives and guests(co-teachers). We visited the cemetery where she was laid to rest with her parents and her brother Lorenzo, my father. Today was also the Despedida for Tita Lourdes and her husband Tito Feling. They are bound for San Diego with a 9:30pm flight.(Manila Time)
